We
offer classes 7 days a week, during all hours of the day. You
can find out more about our instructors specfic style and experience,
by taking a look at his or her profile on our faculty page. Please
arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins.
BEGINNER
LEVEL:
Allow yourself to be a beginner! Enjoy a slower-paced, information
filled class with an emphasis on poses and alignment. Highly recommended
for both novices & for those who have practiced for years! Many
great sages have revealed that their highest states came from mastery
of the most simple yoga. This class requires no
prior yoga experience and no level of strength or flexibility not
already possessed by everyone.
MIXED
LEVEL:
Uses
postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop
flexibility, relaxation and awareness. This class encourages proper
alignment of the body and brings balance, strength, and calmness
to the practitioner. Class can consist of various levels experience.
All levels are welcome
ADVANCE
LEVEL:
This
class is appropriate for continuing students who have an understanding
of yoga and have prior experience in a class setting.
CERTIFICATION
WORKSHOPS:
Various
workshops for yoga teacher certifications, polarity certifications
and special guest teachings happen all the time at the center. To
